The Incredibles is a great animated Disney/Pixar movie, from the makers of "Finding Nemo", "Monsters, Inc.", "A bugs life" and "Toy Story"!

The Incredibles was the first Pixar movie to feature an entirely human cast, and writer-director Brad Bird had in mind a particular look for his characters. Realistic or plastic-looking humans were out-Bird wanted his humans to have a comic book quality, yet looking believable as people. His technical team accomplished this by creating a program that used light and an organic translucent skin that mad the characters subtly glow from within.

Hidden gags are a staple of every Pixar movie. Mr. Incredible's high-speed car chase features a map with street names near Pixar's studio in Emeryville, California. The room on Nomanisan island that Mirage asks Mr. Incredible to report to - room A-113 - is the former animation room at Cal Arts where many Pixar vets first explored the medium. And did you notice that the story takes place in a city called "Metroville"? This is a combination of "Metropolis" and "Smalville", respectively the cities where Superman lives and was raised.
